Support daily operations when it comes to master data maintenance and data governance tasks in the Customer, HCP, vendor and employee data domain while focusing on process improvements and issue resolution.
How you'll make an impact:
• Maintain, audit, and extract data from system, providing status reports and other tasks with medium-high complexity under little to no direction
• Resolve medium to complex data issues by collaborating with other departments and/or stakeholders (e.g., AP, Compliance, Procurement, IT); recommend solutions to management
• Support small to medium projects
• Participate in continuous process improvement within data management and governance processes; document and maintain processes of activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer to other team members
What you will need:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent Required
At least 1 year of previous related knowledge Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
English Required
What else would help you:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with related business systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies and procedures
• Full knowledge and understanding of related systems and applications including interdependencies and overall landscape
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment"
