How you will make an impact:
- Perform moderately complex analysis (e.g., incumbent analysis) and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Create job profiles and evaluate benchmarking data
- Participate in compensation surveys – collection of data, submissions & uploads, downloads of data to system, etc.
- Collaborate in special projects/analyses to identify trends, assess impact, analyze alternatives and recommend action plans based on these analyses
- Resolve issues and response to inquiries to compensation programs (e.g., Pay Review)
- Other incidental duties
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience (Compensation & Benefit, Payroll etc.) required
- Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Proficiency in English
- International environment experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, strict attention to detail, proactivity
