How you will make an impact:

The Sr. Analyst, Strategy will play a pivotal role in developing strategic initiatives for the business. This role involves gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence and business intelligence, understanding market dynamics, and creating comprehensive reports and dashboards.

• Research, Develop, and Maintain in-depth reviews and analysis of key strategic business issues, including exploring market models, opportunity assessment, optimizing current business, and competitive landscape.

• Work with the strategy team to develop strategic and tactical business plans cross functionally and cross divisionally that drive business growth.

• Synthesize competitive and market trend intelligence into actionable insights.

• Integrate findings from research and other analyses into the annual planning process, which establishes the business imperatives for the organization.

• Collaborate with global colleagues to develop business plans at the business unit and regional level
  Develop presentations and tools to facilitate communication of strategic initiatives and plans to internal and external audiences

 What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field

• 4 years previous experience in an analytical, strategic marketing, or business consulting role

• Experience in medical device, biotech or health care is strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical and financial skills with a high degree of accuracy.

• Demonstrated ability to understand and dissect markets, competition and industry trends.

• Strong time management and organizational ability.

• Good computer skills in interfacing MS Office Suite.

• Good written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced).
