Title: Cardiovascular Innovation Fellow
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical input and guidance to project teams to execute projects, initiatives, and/or programs with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables
- Provide clinical expertise on a range of initiatives including research and insights, technical modeling, prototyping and proof-of-concept testing, strategy, valuation, and business case development.
- Lead the execution of pre-clinical simulations, procedures, animal studies, and preliminary trial design
- Partner with internal technology and business leaders to identify, develop, and execute new data opportunities. Be an influencer for futuristic and disruptive thought patterns and technologies that can become breakthrough solutions.
Education and Experience:
- MD or equivalent medical degree required
- Interventional Cardiologist, Heart Failure Cardiologist, Cardiac Electrophysiologist, or Cardiac Surgeon preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Completed or actively enrolled in cardiovascular medicine fellowship or surgery residency and/or fellowship (includes integrated training programs)
- Must have completed Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF) pre-sponsorship and application process
