How you’ll make an impact:
Look for opportunities and develop strategies to accelerate referrals for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from General Cardiologists (GCs)/Heart Failure (HF) specialists/Imagers to Heart Teams and Interventional Cardiologists for indicated patients.
Establish an understanding of referral dynamics and how patient access may be restricted or delayed within the patient pathway. Evaluate and identify creative sources and solutions that can help inform and influence the strategic business plan for patient outreach initiatives and implement actions/activities. Design & implement targeted multi-channel campaigns, programs, and other initiatives to accelerate patient referrals, based on European, regional and local patient activation strategies.
Develop deep relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) who specialize in Structural Heart Disease in the GC, Echocardiography and HF fields.
Lead, organise and execute EU-wide and regional Congresses symposia, Echo training activities, Booth training activities, round table activities, nurse trainings and webinars.
Design & develop marketing assets to engage with the patient journey stakeholders. Support the development and update of websites, based on European and regional patient activation strategies.
Develop HCP- and patient-directed materials to support strategic business plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead, organise and execute EU-wide or regional Ad Boards.
Monitor/measure local execution of campaigns & events; implement processes for ensuring continuous improvement of ROI, and measure the impact of the patient activation activities.
Perform account potential and Salesforce analyses in order to inform account-level or regional market dynamics and provide recommendations.
Stay abreast of market dynamics and analytics (market size and trends, competitive situation, reimbursement, patient pathways and market research outcomes).
Support local needs of the commercial and clinical teams in alignment with the patient activation plan, including delivering field training and clinical marketing activities.
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree 10 years of work experience required
Master's Degree required.
Cardiovascular space experience is strongly preferred.
Marketing or Clinical Marketing experience is strongly preferred.
Experience driving therapy/market development activities is required.

Proven successful project management skills
Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel; Powerpoint and related systems.
Proven ability to understand scientific papers and clearly communicate clinical evidence to multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional capabilities, curiosity and agility - fast learning & ability to incorporate feedback for change.
Can-do attitude, positive outlook, high energy; action and results oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, multiple internal and external stakeholders, and to build and feed high-trust relationships/networks.
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth and breadth of expertise
Extensive understanding of related aspects of patient activation
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to represent leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross-functional team(s)
