Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. You will make an impact by:

  • Identify aortic, mitral and pulmonic HCP consultants to meet US THV proctoring requests
  • Administration for all logistics related to proctor and training requests (air, hotel, car service, imaging, etc.)
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders within all business functions to align HCPE engagements and technology solutions with business strategies for flawless timely invoice payments
  • Support and maintain the current state workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient processes
  • Assist with the administration and optimization of HCPE, monitoring and addressing any errors, escalating to HCPE product owner, Sr. Manager Business Solutions and/or functional directors

What you will need (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 1 year related experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Experience interacting with HCPs (interventional cardiologists, surgeons, physician support staff)
  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations for life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceutical companies

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $56,000 to $80,000 (highly experienced).
