Join our team as a Manager, Benefits & Well-being to provide expertise on Edwards benefits and well-being programs, ensuring our offerings are competitive and deliver the best employee experience. Your role will be pivotal in attracting and retaining top talent.
How you’ll make in impact:
- Strategic Program Design: Collaborate with management to design benefits and employee well-being programs across the EMEA region. Engage with internal stakeholders and external experts to stay ahead of market trends and identify solutions that align with our global strategy. Prepare compelling business cases for proposed initiatives.
- Program Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough data analysis to design programs and establish effective metrics. Evaluate the competitiveness of our benefits and well-being programs, identifying opportunities for enhancement. Lead projects to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Guidance and Support: Provide expert advice on benefits and well-being topics to HR staff across the EMEA region, driving process improvements and best practices.
- Program Evaluation: Utilize program evaluation and dashboard metrics to enhance the effectiveness of benefits & well-being programs. Submit benefits survey data, update the benefits database, and prepare comprehensive annual benefits cost reports.
- Vendor Management: Optimize vendor relationships to maximize our investment in benefits and well-being programs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changing employee benefits regulations and adapt our programs to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 8 years of previous relevant experience, experience in benefits and well-being is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of benefits admin platform implementation preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in multi-national, culturally diverse environments preferred
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills required
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work in inter-departmental teams and represent the organization on specific projects
