How you’ll make an impact:

• Organize and manage all regional training sessions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for regional calendar queries.
• Communicate with participants and evaluate training feedback.
• Monitor and update the budget for regional training expenses.
• Promote regional development opportunities.
• Support onsite in-person trainings and partner with the team for regional learning needs analysis.
• Administer training sessions and update internal ERP system (Workday) with offerings, enrolments, and waitlists.
• Administer program cohorts and support training material preparation.
• Handle TM&L requests through ServiceNow and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Perform other incidental duties as required.

This is a temporary contract (maternity cover) for up to three years.
 

What you'll need (Required):

• University degree and some experince in learning & development, administration/ events or other related field.
• Proficiency in English
   

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Proven experince of Microsoft Office, primary Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and strict attention to detail
