As a EU Business Operations Analyst you will join our Commercial and Operational Excellence team and you will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment within our Advance Patient Monitoring Business Unit, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, strategy and gain more insight of the medical device business processes.

Position Overview: Apprenticeship two years (max 29 years old)
How you’ll make an impact:
• Provide basic analysis and formulate recommendations for small-mid scale commercial excellence projects and initiatives, collaborating with various department and functions (Marketing, Supply chain, IT, Finance, Strategy, Medical Affairs).
• Help identify business process issues and following up resolution path with support functions.
• Support sales target definition and sales incentive process.
• Partner with Business solutions and Project management teams to provide business requirements for all e-Solutions enhancements related to the Product Launch
• Building report & tools, performing analysis and KPI tracking on regular basis to support the management understanding current state and implement possible solution to improve commercial operations.
• Provide training, communication, and change management within the Sales field organization on processes and tools
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in economics, business administration, engineering, or business-related area
Previous experience in sales management, commercial management, sales force excellence or commercial operations is preferred
What else we look for:
• Working proficiency in English is a must
• Advanced Microsoft Excel User
• Knowledge of SFDC is a plus
• Proven expertise in all Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships"
