You will make an impact by:
- Identify aortic, mitral and pulmonic HCP consultants to meet US THV proctoring requests
- Administration for all logistics related to proctor and training requests (air, hotel, car service, imaging, etc.)
- Collaborates with key stakeholders within all business functions to align HCPE engagements and technology solutions with business strategies for flawless timely invoice payments
- Support and maintain the current state workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient processes
- Assist with the administration and optimization of HCPE, monitoring and addressing any errors, escalating to HCPE product owner, Sr. Manager Business Solutions and/or functional directors
What you will need (Required):
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 1 year related experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Experience interacting with HCPs (interventional cardiologists, surgeons, physician support staff)
- Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
- Knowledge of FDA regulations for life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceutical companies

For California, the base pay range for this position is $56,000 to $80,000 (highly experienced).
