The Senior Specialist, Key Accounts will manage large, strategic APM Pediatric accounts. They will build both short- and long-term relationships with customers, focusing on increasing penetration and profitable revenue per account.
Serves as the main point of contact for assigned strategic accounts within on business unit while applying knowledge of specific BU product portfolio and competitor offerings to serve the needs of assigned accounts as it relates to the business.
Identifies, develops, closes, implements and expands new business opportunities with select accounts (e.g., pediatrics) and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while leading the execution of both short- and long-term account plans.
Builds and maintains effective short- and long-term relationships with assigned accounts and acts as the voice of the customer to management.

Bachelor's Degree in related field
5 years’ experience of previous related experience
Ability to travel up to 70%
What else we look for (Preferred):
Pediatrics Critical Care and/or Cardiac Clinical Experience - CV ICU or CV OR nursing experience highly preferred
Licensed as a Registered Nurse
Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring
Experience in a clinical or sales role within a Medical Device company
Confirmed proficiency presenting in front of other groups
Shown leadership progressing within the Nursing field
Proven ability to inspire change within their hospital/organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including customer negotiating and relationship management skills
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience selling capital, disposable, and software products with a complex value proposition across multiple budgetary silos
Experience selling clinically into the OR and ICU call point, and establishing clinical and economic value at the administrative call point and in value assessment committees
Ability to sell solutions that require physician behavior change with innovative, disruptive technology

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $106,000 to $133,000 (highly experienced).
