How you will make an impact:
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze feedback on regulatory inspection readiness training.
Identify areas for improvement in training materials and delivery.
Contribute to the development of updated training content to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
Ensure materials align with current Edwards and regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Provide additional support for audit programs, as necessary.
What you'll need (Required):
Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited University for the entire duration of their internship
Pursuing bachelor's degree, master's degree, or Ph.D in life sciences, engineering, or related discipline. Law school candidates will also be considered.
Must graduate December 2025 or later.
Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent)
Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer.
Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.
Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

Technical writing skills.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.
Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000 to $72,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
