The Senior Analyst role will provide project management support within the THV Commercial Sustaining Organization to ensure project success.
How you'll make an impact:
- Manage small-to-mid scale projects, managing project scope, schedule and costs
- Collaborate with project functions including, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory and Global Supply Chain
- Responsible for all areas of project management, focusing heavily on schedule management, resource management, risk management, and communications management
- Lead the execution of tasks as defined by the project management plan and actively manages project risk.
- Facilitate the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitations
- Maintain, track, and communicate project status and performance to maintain accurate and current project information
- Monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
- Establish and coordinate team members and stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications
- Actively lead one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities
- Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned
- Other duties as assigned by Leadership
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience managing mid-to-large scale projects
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Project Management Professional certification
- Six Sigma certification
- Knowledge of MS Project
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
- Must be able to work in a team environment and participating and presenting information in meetings
- Substantial understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing small-to-mid scale project plans
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
- Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
