The Sr Manager will be a key program manager in leading US commercial procedure development activities for TMTT PASCAL device.

Position is open to remote, US based candidates. Regular travel to US clinical and customer sites required.

How you will make an impact:

  • Perform strategic data collection, analyze the data captured in screening and intra-procedure, and transform it into actionable insights on patient selection and device performance across portfolio. • Collaborate with relevant cross-functions to suggest and/ or lead strategic programs to realize the competitive advantages of our portfolio including patient-centric segmentation (which patient for which therapy), cross-therapy screening etc.

  • Drive imaging innovation capabilities to support business growth. Leverage synergies, best practices sharing and learnings sharing across the portfolio of therapies and across the commercial organization.

  • Collaborate with Marketing & Medical Affairs to facilitate and participate in physician focus groups to share best practices, commercial learnings, partner on new initiatives/clinical insights.

  • Partner with physicians to discuss complex cases (specific to new therapies), review suboptimal outcomes and share learnings that can help evolve the portfolio. Establish Procedure Development as a key partner for physicians.

  • Create content as imaging and procedural expert to be used at congresses/meetings, internal or HCP trainings, and for internal leadership team, Collaborate with Marketing organization to develop relevant needed material from the Procedure Development team for congresses/meetings.

  • Collaborate with global cross functional stakeholders (R&D, Clinical Development, Quality, Global Screening) to discuss the device’s technical performance, Next Gen development, share findings and complications, and maintain alignment across regions.

What you'll need (required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in related scientific field (healthcare, biological, biomedical science, etc) plus minimum 10 years related experience required

  • Master's Degree in related field plus minimum 8 years related experience required.

  • Clinician experience in intra-operative procedures acquired from Registered Nursing Degree curriculum (RN), or Radiologic Technologist (RT), Operating Room Technician (ORT), or Cardiovascular Technician (RCIS) highly preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 40% to US based clinical sites and Edwards Corporate Campus (Irvine, CA)


What else we look for (preferred):

  • Proven record of successful project management leadership

  • Clinical knowledge or experience in cardiovascular surgery preferred

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related analytical tools (Excel, Power BI) for reporting

  • Demonstrates high level problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

  • Expert understanding of clinical education procedures while addressing issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines

  • Expert understanding of related aspects of clinical education processes and/or systems

  • Knowledge of financial mechanism that relates to clinical education

  • Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of clinical education to the business

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

  • Thrives and excels within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment

  • Experience building relationships and partnering efficiently with physicians, nurses, and senior-level healthcare managers

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $170,000 to $241,000 (highly experienced).
