How you could make an impact:

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trial process improvement projects. Support project managers in coordinating activities and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Documentation Management: Help maintain and organize documentation. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status and any issues that arise.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in monitoring project progress and performance metrics. Keep track of action items and prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure all trial activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Training and Support: Collaborate with team members to identify, implement and train to process improvements.

Specific internship projects will be identified based on the candidate's strengths and interests, as well as business need.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Current enrollment as a student at an accredited university for the duration of the Internship project with a graduation date of December 2025 or later
  • Ability to work full-time for the duration of the Internship (May/June 2025 - Aug 2025)
  • Comfortability working in a lab environment, as well as being hands-on, highly motivated, able to follow procedures, perform testing, and clearly convey data results.
  • Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience.
  • Good scholastic standing (3.0+ cumulative GPA or equivalent)
  • Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • An interest in exposure to Project Management, data management, and/or quality systems preferred

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000 - $72,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
