How you will make an impact:
- Create, maintain, and improve training material and processes for internal and external users
- Provide guidance and training on new product and software releases as subject matter expert
- Provide case support and troubleshooting for implant procedures, calibrations, and device exchanges while ensuring the documentation is accurately captured
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input for product improvements
- Lead and support meetings and collaboration for determining root-cause of field issues, complaint, NCR, and device deficiency investigations
- Present procedural and calibration learnings and performance to the field team
- Support external training (such as site initiation visits) as product expert and perform calibrations during right heart catheterizations as needed
What you will need (Required):
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 3 years medical device experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the US
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve problems
- CAD experience
- Solid understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to Engineering
- Knowledgeable of heart anatomy

For Illinois (IL), the base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
