In this role, you will be a trusted partner for the commercial teams and act as an intermediary between them and the Leadership Team to drive TMTT strategy.
How you will make an impact:
• Act as a copilot and trusted partner to commercial teams by leading analyses across our portfolio of therapies.
• Champion adoption of new tools & systems to support sustainable TMTT growth.
• Own and lead business reviews to Leadership Team.
• Work on transformative strategic projects for the Business Unit and on continuous improvement cross functionally.
What you will need (Required):
• Master's Degree in related field of study (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering)
• 5 years of relevant experience
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint & Excel.
• Experience with Anaplan, Qlik and Salesforce or any other ERP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to perform work independently as part of projects.
• Results driven and team player.
