Think of the Edwards Summer Immersion Experience as our way of setting you up for success.
You’ll gain insight into our culture through a combination of instructor-led events and self-directed online learning courses. You can also get advice from recent new grad peers regarding the best way to bridge the gap between your academic life and your professional future. Most importantly, the program allows you to quickly build relationships and form connections that will last for years to come through networking events with peers, mentors and senior leaders. You’ll find motivation and inspiration in a culture that emphasizes passion for patients as you discover your own strengths.

Get involved with the Summer Experience through events and activities hosted by the Edwards University Relations team.
At our main kick-off event, you’ll get the opportunity to meet other interns and new grads who have relocated from across the country and around the world. The summer unfolds with team outings, networking sessions, professional development and training sessions, as well as celebrations and activities that will allow you to make new connections while experiencing Southern California or Draper, Utah.
