BS/MS Development Programs
Become a future leader within our global supply chain
Challenge yourself and enhance your leadership skills in a two-year rotational program designed to give you the resources and experiences you need to advance your career. Across three rotations, you'll develop your supply chain expertise, acquiring highly practical business knowledge that is specific to the rapidly growing medical device industry. You'll even complete one of your rotations outside of our headquarters at one of our manufacturing locations in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ireland, Puerto Rico, Singapore and Utah.
The program
Throughout the two-year program, you'll broaden your knowledge in three of these four functional area
Strategic Sourcing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning / Production Scheduling and Global Distribution. During each rotation, you'll develop a deeper understanding of our Supply Chain function and gain crucial industry knowledge that you'll need to bring our innovative products to patients.
Broaden your expertise through rotations in three of these four functional areas
Strategic sourcing
Gain insight into strategic category management and develop crucial business skills including negotiating, contracting, finance and project management.
Supply planning
Understand how to optimize resources within a manufacturing plant by using clear and defined planning methods.
Global distribution
Leverage best-in-class tools to gain insight into the importance of transportation, warehousing and trade compliance for the overall business.
What we look for
- Leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences
- Ability to excel in a team based environment
- Relevant experience
- Excellent organization ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Business acumen and global mindset; able to operate across cultures
- Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and medical devices industry a plus.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in either Supply Chain Management, Applied Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university
- Anticipated graduation date of fall of the current year or spring of the following year
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future
