How you’ll make an impact:
- Provide complex order creation support, including reviewing the completeness and accuracy of provided inputs, creating new purchase-to-pay requisitions in the Coupa system workflow, and ensuring timely handling of requests.
- Conduct internal control of pending requisitions and un-invoiced receipts, and review compliance.
- Provide PO (Purchase Order) guidelines for EMEACLA region
- Support supplier account management
- PO lifecycle management, dealing with PO from requisition, through creation good receipt, coding modification to payment process, with close cooperation with procurement and AP teams
- Phone calls to suppliers to verify bank details changes, utilizing Amazon Connect tool
- Verification of proof of performance for HCP invoices before final approval, ensure the provided documentation meets compliance requirements
- Other incidental duties
What you'll need (Required):
- University Degree and some experience in related field e.g. finance/accounting/ customer service/ logistics etc.
- Proficiency in English
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, predominantly Excel.
- Knowledge of any ERP systems e.g. JDE, SAP etc., and tools e.g. Coupa is a plus
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and proactive approach and ability to learn
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
