How you’ll make an impact:
- Assess new product and procedure development, patient selection criteria development, patient screening for both novel and iterative devices.
- Analyze, summarize, and present clinical baseline, procedural, and follow-up imaging (e.g., CT, echo, MRI, angiography) to provide inputs that support new product and procedure development and to support event investigations
- Analyze imaging and/or oversee third party image analysis for patient screening and contribute an opinion to the assessment of potential cases for early feasibility and clinical study candidates
- Provide intraprocedural imaging support during beating heart studies and cadaver studies for product and procedure testing
- Collaborate with NPD team and HCPs to develop imaging patient selection criteria as well as screening and follow-up protocols. Train field support team and/or HCPs on cardiac imaging procedures as appropriate

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in biological or life sciences, animal science, or other related scientific or technical field, 3 years experience of previous in-hospital and/or industry clinical echocardiographic experience Required; Certification of RDCS or RCS through ARDMS or CCI.
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Good imaging analysis software skills (e.g. 3Mensio, TomTec, Vitrea, Circle VI, etc.)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Able to effectively guide and instruct other imaging specialists in clinical settings on effective imaging equipment operation
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment, fostering collaboration between inter-departmental teams, HCPs and KOLs
- Moderate knowledge of relevant imaging equipment operation (e.g. 2D or 3D TTE/TEE/ICE, CT, MRI, etc.)
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to cardiovascular imaging
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $83,000 to $117,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
